How to use it

1. 1Add each customer once in Customers with phone number and an optional credit limit.
2. 2In Khata, add one line for each udhaar given or payment received.
3. 3The balance after every line is calculated for that customer.
4. 4Customers shows total udhaar, total received, balance and last payment date. Red means over the credit limit.

What it shows

• Running balance per customer
• Total owed to you
• Last payment date
• Credit limit warning

Made for: Shopkeepers, kiryana stores and traders who give goods on credit.

The few rows marked EXAMPLE show how it works. Delete them before adding your own data.
